وكشف المعهد، في نشرة إنذارية، أن هذه الهزة، التي حدد مركزها بجماعة الحمراء ، وقعت على الساعة الثالثة و44 دقيقة و22 ثانية صباحا (توقيت غرينيتش+1).
وأوضح المصدر ذاته أن هذه الهزة، التي سجلت على عمق 72 كيلومترا، وقعت عند التقاء خط العرض 35.397 درجة شمالا، وخط الطول 5.939 درجة غربا.
