تسبب تماس في علبة الأسلاك الكهربائية كانت معلقة على اسفل احدى الاعمدة الكهربائية بحي الزيتون جماعة بن الطيب في اشتعال النيران منتصف يوم الثلاثاء 09 غشت الجاري وتدخل السكان المجاورين لمكان الحادث قصد اطفائها دون جدوى هذا وقد أثار تأخر سيارة الاطفاء التابعة للوقاية المدنية لمدة تزيد عن 30 دقيقة من نشوب الحريق غضب السكان كما عبّر هؤلاء عن سخطهم وتذمرهم من ذلك وقالت مصادر عدة من مكان الحريق أن ” الألطاف الالهية ” حالت دون تمكن النيران من الوصول الاشجار ط والكوانين المجاورة.
