أدانت الغرفة الجنائية الإبتدائية باستئنافية الحسيمة، أول أمس الإثنين 13 فبراير 2023، متهما في جريمة قتل باستعمال السلاح والاتجار في المخدرات، وقضت بالحكم عليه حضوريا بعشرين سنة سجنا نافذاً.

وقرر المحكمة بمؤاخذة المتهم بعد اعادة التكييف من جناية القتل العمد مع سبق الاصرار والترصد إلى جناية الضرب و الجرح العمديين باستعمال السلاح المفضيين الى الموت دون نية احداثه طبقا للفصل 403 من القانون الجنائي ومن اجل جنحة الاتجار في المخدرات و عقابه بعشرين سنة سجنا نافذا وتحميله الصائر و الاجبار في الادنى .

وتعود تفاصيل الجريمة البشعة إلى شهر غشت الماضي، بعدما اهتز دوار نواحى دائرة كتامة، بإقليم الحسيمة، على وقع إقدام المتهم بتوجيه عدة طعنات للضحية البالغ من العمر 21 سنة، فارق على إثرها الحياة مباشرة بعد نقله نحو المستشفى.
