نظام جديد للمراقبة التقنية للمركبات سيدخل حيز التنفيذ ابتداءا من 01 ابريل 2024، القانون الجديد الذي أقرته وزارة النقل و اللوجستيك يستهدف الرفع من المراقبة التقنية للمركبات، و تأهيل نظامها المعلوماتي و الزام مراكز المراقبة التقنية بالعمل بهذا القانون الجديد و نسخ المحاضر وارسال البيانات بشكل اني ومؤمن .
و تروم وزارة النقل و اللوجستيك ضفاء شفافية اكثر على المراقبة التقنية للمركبات و تسهيل عمل هذه المراكز التقنية بما يضمن اكثر قانونية المراقبة ومعها الاستعمال الامن للطرق و سلامة المواطنين .
