شرعت سلطات مدينة الحسيمة بالتدخل ميدانيا لتنظيم أماكن النشاط التجاري وعرض السلع بمدينة الحسيمة، أولى هذه التدخلات أشرف عليها باشا مدينة الحسيمة وقائد الملحقة الثالثة بشارع وادي المخازن (الاسكافيين، اظارافن).
وتم تحديد وتعيين أماكن وضع السلع بصباغة الأرضية والحيز المكاني لكل تاجر، كما تم ولذات الغرض حث جميع التجار لاحترام الملك العام، ومن المنتظر أن تمتد العملية لعدة أسابيع وستتوسع في كل أرجاء المدينة بعدما تنامت بها ظاهرة الاحتلال الغير القانوني للملك العام .
